Display color name AND swatches

We would like to display the color name and then the swatches. See attached screenshot for reference/example. Is there a custom code I could insert into the Global CSS to achieve this?

Now when you hover over the swatch the color name appears in the tooltip not to mess the color names when you have a lot of swatches. Please describe how you would like to have it?

We would like to have the color name show on screen after “Color:” For example:
Color: Blue
<br>
Color swatches
Also, see attached screenshot for reference. Note how both the color name AND swatches are displayed.
Is there a custom CSS code I could use to achieve this?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change it as you show on the screen with CSS, it will require complicated customization which is not covered by our support.
