Adding URL/Links to Home Menu

    Hi,

    I have added links (URL) as the pages are product categories so I can’t link to an existing page, but when you select the link from the home menu, it takes you to the correct page but if you then select a page within the footer you just get taken to a 404 page? Please see attached screenshots. I think you will have to login to test this for your self (private).

    Hello,

    I have test your html block “Menu home” which contains that mega menu. You are using a wrong link that’s why it leads you to 404 page.

    This part “www.botanical-extracts.co.uk/” already included by default while using link on some image. But you again put that part that’s why the URL is not correct you just have to used this part “product-category/cbd-oil-cartridges/”:

    You can check the last item in your mega menu which is shown on “Shop CBD” in your menu. I set an example for you.

    And while using the link in custom heading element. That list does not contain the product categories. So if you want to use a category then you have to put the whole link in the “URL” field.

    Hi,

    Your fix doesn’t work. Hover over SHOP CBD then click the last image (yellow rock) which takes you to (http://www.botanical-extracts.co.uk/product-category/cbd-oil-cartridges/) now click on any over the links in the footer, you just get taken to a 404 page? None of your links work either for screenshot examples?

    Hello,

    I just saw your footer widget and noticed that you are using inappropriate links for your footer widget items.

    You are using like “contact-us” etc and not the full link for that specific item. For example to make the contact us item to work you have to use this link “http://www.botanical-extracts.co.uk/contact-us”
