Error when saving changes in theme settings

    Hello, I want to activate the Popup but when try to make changes there is an error “There is an error with your action. Try again or upload the paga again. Image attached

    Can you please tell me what is the problem.

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site and update the theme following these suggestions: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/faq-guides-2/4-x-5-0-migration-guide/

    Next, update all the plugins and check the issue, if the problem remains, deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check.

    T just did what you said, the theme settings are working now, but the promo popup doesnt work I just enabled it but nthing happens,
