Hello,
For the size of Product page thumbnail you can check the “Product image width” option from theme settings >> Product Page >> IMAGES. You can choose a different style and for the gallery image or slider image section you can check the “Thumbnails position” option.

There is no other option for the width and height of those images inside the theme settings
