Can't add images

    I can’t add images on my website with WPBakery. When I click on the + nothing happens. (As you can see in the video in the attachment).

    It’s happening on both of my websites with your theme (despelletjesvrienden.nl & whatawonderfulchristmas.nl). I tried on 2 computers and different browsers.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

    Hi Elise,

    The problem seems to be in the ‘All In One SEO Pack’ plugin.
    I’ve had that plugin for years, but I think an update caused the bug with the theme.
    Could you help me with this or what should I do?

    Hello,

    Try to deactivate the plugin and then add images, after that activate the plugin again or contact the plugin support.
