    I can see the button “Upload file” in Add Product. So, Help me!! Thank you!

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

    Hello,

    You have 33 active plugins and the child theme, switch to the parent theme and deactivate all the plugins. Delete the plugins which are no more needed https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/faq-guides-2/4-x-5-0-migration-guide/
