Page Builder 'Create Template' for Row Not Working

WoodMart – 4.2.1
When click ‘Save as template’ in a Row, nothing happens.
Older version of Woodmart would show a way to save the row as a template and name it.
See attached screenshots.
This is happening on multiple new installs of WoodMart.

Please check the issue on one of the default themes to understand if our theme causes the problem. Seems this is the bug of WP Bakery page builder or conflict with the new version of WordPress. I am sure they would fix this in the nearest update.

Changed to a default theme and have the same issue.
What should we do at this point?
As I understand it, WP Bakery Page Builder is included with this Woodmart theme and we are reliant on your for updates?

We shall submit the notification on the bug to WP bakery page builder they would fix it in the nearest update. Meanwhile, you will have to save the whole page and delete the rows which you do not need.
