No, it is not possible. You can make all the rows sticky, however, it is not possible to show one set of elements on the default header and another one on the sticky.

Please navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Disable the Sticky header clone if you use it https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/global-header-settings/

Then enter each row and make them sticky: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-rows-columns-configuration/
