Checkout link/button on mobile not working

In mobile when we click on the cart icon on header it does not redirect to the cart page it shows black overlay on the whole page and nothing happens.See the attached image. We use child theme, but even though we have used the parent theme but still wouldn’t work.
please advise the soonest. Thank you

Hello,
The Shopping cart may be presented as a drop-down or shown in the sliding sidebar. If you enter the element in the Header Builder you will find the option.
It is necessary for this element to be configured in the same way in both: default and mobile view http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3
Check and make sure you have the same settings in both views.
