Woocommerce Not Install: 500 Internal Server

I use windows plesk panel, all plugin install but woocommerce say: 500 internal servis.

Try to downgrade you php to 7.2
i had the same problemer before, i downgraded from 7.3 to 7.2 from Cpanel
