    I have problem the footer disappear from the website
    and its set “on” in footer settings

    Hello,

    Make sure you have added the widgets to the Footer Column in Appearance > Widgets. Please provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Hello,

    You need to navigate to Appearance > Widgets and add widgets to the Footer columns. Now they are empty https://prnt.sc/qboyrv

    i have 2 questions…
    why is it empty?
    and wich widget should i add to be like the original footer?

    Hello,

    You could remove the widgets or switch from one theme to another. You need to add widgets as per your needs.

    You need just drag and drop the widgets into the Footer column. We do not provide the service of filling the site with the content.
