403 Forbidden Access error when saving theme settings
How do I resolve this?
Hello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance
Hi, I don’t think I have any plug-ins active apart from the ones recommended with your theme.
Access login in private content.
Also my .svg logo is not showing on the website?
Thanks
We see that this 403 error is shown by some of the installed plugins or by some system on the server. Request to save Theme Settings is blocked by some mechanism.
How do I unblock this? I am new to this. Thanks
You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to check this since it is not our theme feature.
Ok thank you I will contact them. What about the issue with my .svg logo not showing on my website? Many thanks
Hi,
To fix this problem, you need to open your SVG icons file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add height and width attributes to your <svg> tag like it is shown on the screenshot https://gyazo.com/83fd36b0bb9628bb1aed2bd3d5d063c5
Then you will need to reupload your icons in WordPress Dashboard.
