Yith Giftcard plugin not working

Hello,
I installed the Yith Gift cards plugin, but it doesnt work.
I am working with Yith to find a solution, but they seem unable to solve it.
We tested deactivating all plugins, changing things on the server, etc… But the “gift a product option” doesnt work and doesnt display the gifting form like it should.
Could you test it? We think its an incompatibility with the theme.

I have test your site with that third party plugin “YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards” and it seems that the plugin is not compatible with our theme.
Please navigate to Theme Settings > Product Page > AJAX Add to cart. Disable the ajax functionality and then check back once.
Also currently you are using an old version of theme kindly update your theme and plugins as well for better efficiency.

I just updated everything and deactivated Ajax add to cart, but still not working 🙁
any other ideas?

Could you please send us a screenshot or video recording about how it works with default theme so we can compare and understand what is wrong with our theme?
In my first message you can see a link of the demo. There you can see how it works.
Is that enough?
Please, check this on your website. We need to see it directly on the website and not on the demo.
