Some issues since 1 week

    Hello

    I found some issue on my website : https://wodinn.com/

    -Slider in home page is not displayed
    -Log in sidebar does not work
    -Cart sidebar does not work

    I updated theme today and nothing happened.
    Do you have any idea of the issues source ?

    Hello,

    I have visited your site and it seems the slider element is used but you did not select any slider to display. So, kindly edit your home page and make sure that you have selected some specific slider.

    About the login/register sidebar. You need to edit your header from WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Your default header >> Account element. You need to check the checkbox for “Show login form” and for the “Form display” just select the sidebar and then save the changes and then check back your site.

    About the sidebar cart you need to make sure that you have selected the “Hidden Sidebar” option for cart element in your header.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the quick response !

    However, in the header I already have this settings.
    The problem with account element is not dropdown menu.
    I would like to have a sidebar when you click on “log in”.
    It did work perfectly before , but not now. Without any reason. I didn’t touch settings past week.

    Same pb with cart settings are okay since 2 months.

    I just noticed that other pages do not work. Nothing is displayed :

    I am wondering if this is not a WPbackery issue ?

    Hello,

    I have found that the issue is coming from the cache plugin. Kindly deactivate all of your third party plugins then check the site with theme default plugins.

    If still face the issue then please send me the WP admin login details of your site so I will check the issue and gives you the solution.

    When I Deactivated WP Rocket , all was fine.

    Hello,

    I have test your site, and notice that even with the correct my account element settings. The Login sidebar not shown. Kindly deactivate all the third party plugins and then check the login sidebar.

    Your second issue is resolved. Cart sidebar is working fine now.

    Also for the slider just deactivate all the third party plugins and then check if the issue is still there then remain the plugins as disabled and let me know so I will check with theme default plugins.
