3 Products per default in shopping cart

Hi there!
I just updated the theme and have a problem now:
My shooping cart icon and widget are constantly showing me three products in art. They are always the same and disappear when adding a product to the cart.
Any idea?
Its confusing my customers and i get so many emails…
Only on default language, not English version

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

The website is live so i can’t deactivate any plugins. Also the mistake occurred after updating to the latest theme so something must have happened there…
