    Dear Sir/Madame,

    We followed your instruction in translating the logo our website, using WPML, but we are unable to do so.

    For some reason it does not translate.

    I can grand you access if you wish to take a look at the problem.

    Please follow these instructions https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/translate-header-wpml/

    You need to create the translation of the whole header not the Logo.

    If you still have the problems, provide your site admin access.

    Hello,

    We are using Basel theme and we dont have custom header there.

    We are trying through string translation but that wont work.

    Any solution?

    Sorry, I have provided the wrong instruction.

    You need to create the translations of all the pages in the menu, then synchronize menu: WPML > Synchronize menu

    As for the Topbar text and Header text, you need to move the content into HTML blocks, then clone these blocks and translate into the language and then find the initial HTML shortcode and insert the clone shortcode: https://prnt.sc/qac1fj

    The logo is translated in the same way: WPML > Strings > admin_texts_xts_basel_option find the logo image URL and replace with the translation https://prnt.sc/qac4pu

    Hello,

    We suspect that FTP works incorrectly or there are some kind of cache configured. We change the files in FTP and nothing changes. Please contact the hosting support to find our the reason.

    What are the changes you have made? Could I implement those myself?
    FTP works fine. I have tested myself.

    I also cleared all cache in the website.
