Hello,

You can insert the image in the Appearance > Widgets > Footer column > you can add an image widget or HTML block with a Single image element.

There are four footer column where I add payment logo image

Hello,

You can add the widget in any Footer column wherever you wish. If you have four columns it means that the Footer is divided into four columns of 25% in width. More offen logo is added either in the first column or in the last.
