PLEASE HELP – URGENT

    Hi there,

    I installed your theme on my website and installed the child theme.

    I then activated the medical theme but the header keeps changing back to the default basel version and then when this happens, the search bar on the HOMEPAGE DOES NOT WORK and if you click on the product on the homepage, the small icons for quickview, wishlist and compare also does not work.

    Please can you assist me urgently.

    I have also provided access to the backend.

    Please do not mention the website URL.

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the valid site admin access to the private area, I cannot login.
