    I have seen your screenshots. Your site is not accessible. Could you please share your correct site URL and login credentials so I can check and help you to display the information boxes in the center of the screen.

    Hello,

    If you used any custom code for that section which contains those information boxes, just undo it and check back. In case if the issue is still there then provide the correct login details. Because your provided login credentials are incorrect.

    Also, do you think it is possible to have this type of header using woodmart theme? https://prnt.sc/qbfnmk . I would like to put 3 tabs on header (each tab has separate menus upon clicking)

    Hello,

    I have test your site. Wp-Bakery page builder not working fine in your site. I define 4 columns inside a row for testing and when I check the result the column layout not working.

    It seems some of your third party plugin conflicts with Wp-Bakery page builder. Kindly deactivate all of your third party plugins and then check back those information boxes. I did not check your plugin list or theme version because you did not assigned me admin role so I have limited access on your site.

    I have seen your screenshot for header. You can create the same top bar with WoodMart. But the other styling of main header row which contains “Mens, Womens” menu can’t be achievable with current theme options.

    I found out that there is a new update with wpbakery. Hence, ask your assistance for the same problem. Below is their note for user without licence.

    Most Welcome,

    WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution slider come bundled with our theme but they can’t be activated with our purchase code. Actually, you don’t need to do this. Only in case you want to get free premium support from its author, you can purchase it from Codecanyon. But it is not necessary since we will always provide you with the latest updates.

    You can update the plugin in Appearance > Install plugins. If you have any problems (these problems are often caused by the host security or size max size limitations) you can upload and install via Dashboard > Plugins or FTP.

    1. Make the full backup of your site.

    2. Deactivate and delete the current version.

    3. Upload the new version from your portfolio on this forum.

    4. Upload and install.

    Also you are using an old version of theme and outdated theme requires plugins. Kindly update the theme as well.
