    Hi,

    I try to edit “compare” section but the “Shop” button is inactive. Can you tell me what is wrong with it?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme and provide the site admin access to the private area we shall check.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, and check, if the problem remains, make the full backup of the site and reinstall the theme completely.
