    Hello there,
    I have some points that needs to be checked. My website got 2 languages(EN/AR). The English language was the default and then I changed to Arabic. I see some issues happens.
    1-Shop page in EN is empty and I have to select a category to make the products appears (It takes me to product-category). When I switch to Arabic. I can see all products without any selection.
    2- price filter not working in English.

    In general:
    3- not all the filters are shown in Arabic but they work well with the English version.
    4- how to translate shipping locations.
    5- check the attached image for another issue.

    BTW I don’t have RTL generator running as when I try to make it. The website got missed up.

    Also, how to enable prefooter in taxonomy pages?

    Update:
    English version when I try to add anything to cart and then click on checkout. The item get removed automatically.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

    Make sure you have created the translation for all the products, attributes and categories.

    what about my other questions? Also, I have changed the logo on mobile but still I see the old one. I don’t have any cache plugin on right now.

    Hello,

    As for the translations, please refer to the plugin documentation or support. As for the logo,
    Please navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

    Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

    Take into consideration that there is also the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 check all the elements there.

    If you still have the problem, provide your site admin access, header title and page URL with the problem.
