If you cannot update the theme it may be problems with the hosting configuration. Please make the full backup of your site and provide FTP access to the private area as well, if I fail to update via the admin panel, I will update via FTP.

Hi yes yes i know this but the problem is not the lenght, it is only the top bar, the category comes to topbar and overlap you can try if you go https://www.sold.ma/about-us/ and tthan click 🇫🇷 france language or arabic you see than category overlap in topbar from header .
