I am experiencing something strange in the product categories on my website, and would like to request some assistance.
At the moment, products configured to only appear in specific sub-categeries also appear in their “father” categories.
For example, we have the following category and sub-categories:
Amplifiers (main category)
Amplifier Accessories (sub-category of Amplifiers)
Vacuum Tubes (sub-category of Amplifier Accessories)
A product configured to appear in Amplifier Accessories and Vacuum Tubes also appears in Amplifiers, and I am not interested in this.
Is there a way to configure that products will only appear in categories and sub-categories that I have checked in the product editing page, without any regard to which categories are above the sub-categories?
