These queries are required to get all HTML blocks and when your page contains two options that have HTML Blocks list it is reported as a duplicate query.

I wasnt questionning the purpose of these queries. I was questionning the fact that they are duplicate. Can you optimize them to call only 1x the same query?
The question was about duplicate queries and we answered why you see this query a few times.
