If you want to display brands in your shop filters sidebar. Then first you have to setup your brands by following the below documentation:

Once you setup your brand attribute from Products >> Attributes. Then you have to use WoodMart Layered Nav Widget in Shop Page Widget Area from Appearance >> Widgets to display those brand attributes in your shop sidebar.
