there are so many pages published with demo theme, what should we do?

There are many pages created for html blocks etc in backends, what should we do? shift them to draft or let them be published? if they remain published how to avoild them being crawled by google.

If you do not want those extra html blocks and pages, then simply delete them “move them to trash” to avoid them being crawled by google. So you can simply delete all of them which you are not using for your site.
OR
