The order notification has stopped sending us emails regarding new orders.
I have checked the email address and the junkmail but they are not there, can you advise if this problem is happening from this side.

How can i do that as the site is live.

You can clone the site and move the copy to some staging platform where you can test everything without influence on your live site.
