Custom Upsale Widget

    Is it possible to use or create a special widget for upsale products in the HTML block section or the editor? Then to insert wherever I want this block.

    Hello,

    Yes, you can create a specific product category for this purpose from Products >> Categories, Then use that category for those specific products which you want to show as “upsale products”.

    After this you have to use Product grid or carousel theme element in Wp-Bakery builder inside your html block and select that specific product category which you recently created and use this html block any where in your theme.

    In this way you will be able to display a specific group of products in your site.

    I think we are talking about different things.

    Each product has a category – Upsells. I tie there that i want to connect in essence with this product.

    You have the block functional in the settings:

    “Upsells products position
    If use “Sidebar” be sure that you have enabled it for the product page layout ”

    I want to manage it, and not just showing it in two of the places you specified.

    I do not want to do a bunch of categories. I just want to flexibly manage the upsale block functionality)

    Sorry for misunderstanding. I thought you wanted to add a separate group of section somewhere because you write “upsale products” in your message, but you are talking about upsells products,

    Yes we have an option “Upsells products position” in theme settings >> Product Page >> SHOW / HIDE ELEMENTS, for displaying upsells products in product page Sidebar or as a separate section. Unfortunately there is no other option available to display these products except for these two positions.

    It requires customization to display those products somewhere else, and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
