Display Categories and Subcategories

Hi,
I made all the settings on woocommerce to display Categories and Subcategories on shop page, but is not working, what i see is only products. http://rullpaper.ro/shop
Also, if i create a page and i set the Custom sidebar for this page to none, why the sidebar shows on page? http://rullpaper.ro/oferte/

Hi,
Could you please check your shop page display option with Default WordPress theme to understand is it our theme issue or caused by the plugin?
As for the sidebar, you can remove it choosing Main Layout option – 1 column https://gyazo.com/655c310264a74cbe04600dbb22a63021

Is working the same with Twenty thirteen, Twenty fifteen, Twenty Fourteen themes! No categories and subcategories only products.
Also, the home page slider in not showing on mobile (flat-slider). Sliders don’t have Hide slide on Mobile setting activated.

This means that the error is not caused by our theme and is related to some of the installed plugins.
As for the slider, we see that a column that contains it is set to “hidden on mobile devices”. Check its configuration in Visual Composer.

I deactivated all plugins, only woocommerce is activated now and nothing!

It means that there is a bug in WooCommerce plugin itself if it doesn’t work without plugins and without our theme.

If categories have no products inside, are hiding.
