I see the translation are set on woocommerce loco translate.

But it isn’t on mobile view:

Hello,

Actually, you have to select the Chinese(Hong Kong) language must from the Settings >> General >> site Language then the translation will work fine on the mobile and desktop. I have set the language on the site, now please check the site on mobile and desktop after removing the browser cache.

Also, you should translate the complete file of the theme here:
