I never had this happen and I generated CCS Files deactivated all plugins but the website looks messed up.
See private for URL and Login. Please help, thanks so much
I think I found the issue the css is loaded from http instead of https see picture attached. how can I change this

Your site is HTTPS and some of the images are HTTP, you need to delete them and reupload. They are demo images most often used as a background.
