    Hi,

    Our website has suddenly crashed and we tried installing a fresh build twice and had the same problem.

    We tried migrating the site from staging using Duplicator Pro Plugin and also the manual method.

    Please look into this urgently.

    Hello,

    I visited your both sites, About “http://lhe.6ca.myftpupload.com/” stagging site, only some icons are missing other modules looking just perfectly fine.

    When I visit your live site “https://arkoutdoors.com.au/” it looks totally broken, might be the plugin which you used for backup did not work properly.
    I suggest you to use this plugin for taking the site backup from staging site and then import it to live site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/backupwordpress/

    Hi,

    The strange this is the site works perfectly fine for a few hours and it stops working only after that. I even tried it manually. The same thing happens.

    Could there be any other reason for this?

    Nevertheless I will try the plugin you suggested.

    Hello,

    It might be a cache issue. Or this is also possible that the plugin which you used to take site backup, might miss some files from theme.

    That’s why I suggest you the appropriate plugin for taking your site backup for migration, Just try the plugin which I suggested.

    Hi,

    The migration plugin you had suggested didnt work. But what worked was I used updraftplus and also updated the theme files.

    Hi,

    Can you also let me know how to control the header for the mobile. Currently “Woodmart” logo appears in the mobile header. The text below the menu navigation is also missing.

    Hello,

    It seems that you have selected a header which allows the item to show behind it. So to fix this you can simply use some other header for product pages from Theme Settings >> Product Page >> Single product header.

    And for the custom pages like about us you can directly change the header from the header options while editing the page.

    To edit your mobile header you need to go to WoodMart >> Header Builder >>Your default header >>Switch to mobile layout.
