Hi,

The ‘Load More’ button at the bottom of this page ‘https://ebonyx.co.uk/shop/village-and-home/’does not work.

Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, if you use the child, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access as well as FTP access to the private area.
