    Hello,

    As you want to edit the Registration form, You can change the text which shown after the fields from Loco Translate >> Plugins >> WooCommerce >> Search for your string and translate it.

    Registration fields can’t be changed with theme options because it’s a part of default WooCommerce functionality and our theme does not influence this. You can try some third party plugin for this purpose.
