WPBakery builder is not working

    Hello guys, I’m noticing that I can use WPBaker builder only to edit the Home page, for all the other pages the screen stucks in a blank page.

    Is this normal?

    Hello,

    Navigate to WP Bakery Page builder > Role Manager http://prntscr.com/lqfzji

    Enable WP Bakery Page builder for portfolio http://prntscr.com/lx3o2t

    If all have been enabled, but the problem remains.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

    I’ve enabled portfolio and deactivated all the plugins but stil jave the problem and can’t use wpbakery in the shop page

    Hello,

    The shop page is the functional page and we do not recommend to edit it. At the same time, it should work in the front end editing.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue

    If you use the child theme please deactivate it it an activity to the parent theme.

    Do you use the child theme? If you do not, you do not need to switch.

    If you use the child theme, activate the parent one to check how WP Bakery page builder works.

    Hello,

    I have checked the editing of the page in the Twenty Nineteen page, the same – the shop page is not edited in the front end. It means that our theme does not cause the problem.

    Something else influences.

    Hello,

    It is difficult to say without investigation. You can edit your shop page in the backend editor and as I told you we do not recommend to do it. Other pages seem to work well. I have tested page 360 degrees, front end opens properly.
