perchsParticipantHello,
After updating to 4.4 styling is pretty messed up.
I have tried to update all plugins etc but nothing really works.Do you have any suggestions of things that might have gone wrong?
Kind regardsJanuary 23, 2020 at 7:23 pm #169475
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
Best Regards

perchsParticipantThanks but that didn’t resolve the problems. No changes..
Since we have some ongoing testing/sync with a third party company on the webshop its a bit problematic that I have to turn of their plugin and the Woocommerce plugins. This will break their connection to the shop so they can’t do their work. All was working fine on version 3.3.Its quite frustrating and making me a bit nervous in regards to future updates? It is extremely important that this won’t happen when we go live with the new webshop since we have around 150-300 orders pr day.
On another note – We have this theme running on our Norwegian webshop and its been pretty stable for the past year, but I haven’t updated this site from the 3.3 version of woodmart. Now I don’t dare to update should the same problems occur..

perchsParticipantquick update..
I have managed to go back to version 3.3 and restored some css in the child theme.
I’m still facing some weird quirks with the footer and the “fly out” basket.
The footer shows the basket (see screendumb – looks strange and must be removed?).
Basket – When clicking on the basket icon the page turns dark – looks like its a transparent layer on top of the page ? This makes it impossible to enter the basket and checkoutJanuary 24, 2020 at 3:28 pm #169663
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please move your site to some staging host and update following these suggestions: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/3-x-4-0-migration-guide/
If the update fails, restore the site from the backup and provide the site admin access we shall update and then provide individual instruction on how to update on the live site.
Best Regards
