Support Shipping adress?

you don’t support a shipping adress, do you? I couldn’t find it in the demos.

yes I know. I mean, if the customer can use another shipping address in the checkout? Apart from this textarea?

Hello,

The Woocommerce does not support the second shipping address. There may be one billing address and one shipping.

no, not a second shipping address. I want to see more lines for an adress, name and surname instead of this textarea. Is that possible?

Hello,

The default Woocommerce does not provide such and option you will have to fund a plugin for the purpose.

of course it provides the possibility to add such fields, I’ve seen it in one of your demos, too. What do I have to do, to see them? See screenshots attached.

Hello,

If the billing address is different from the shipping address, you can configure the option to provide two sets of fields: billing address and shipping address. It is configured in Woocommerce settings.
Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping options.

There is no option to provide two shipping addresses.

Hey,
I don’t want 2 shipping addresses. I’ve found the settings. Which do I need. See screenshot for recent setting. Shipping is always free, by the way.

Hey,

Is this so hard to understand!? I can’t see the part you are showing me in the video on my page. I just want to know, why I can’t see it! I got it so far, that there is the class “woocommerce-shipping-fields” where all the other elements wherer attached to in your demo. The question is, why it isn’t in my shop… I hope it is clear now.

Please check your problem on the Storefront theme (Theme developed by Wooommerce it is free). If you have a problem with the Storefront theme as well, it means that our theme does not cause the problem. Please refer to the Woocmmerce documentation or contact Woocommerce support.

Ok, thanks for your help and sorry for the inconvenience. I solved it. Shipping address and costs aren’t shown for virtual products. If you add a non-virtual product to your cart, you can see everything.
