    There is no separate dedicated homepage on my blog. I set “Your latest posts” set as the homepage.
    Now how do I add keywords and meta descriptions to my website homepage?

    Hello,

    You need to create a separate page for HOME in order to configure the SEO settings according to your need.

    Please go to Settings >> Reading >> Set Home page as front page.

    Also you can try Yoast SEO Plugin for this purpose.
