Floating cart mobile menu

We need help since we don’t know how to display the floating menu on devices (Attached we send image).
We also want to know how the footer can be accordion.

You can enable and configure the bottom mobile menu in the Theme Settings > Genear > Mobile bottom navbar https://prnt.sc/qsi0jb
The collapsed footer is enabled in the Theme Settings > Footer https://prnt.sc/qsi0zm
