No display of the user-defined fields in the menu creation

Unfortunately, the user-defined fields are no longer displayed in the menu creation. I would be grateful for help.

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in WoodMart WordPress family :-).
Please share some relevant screenshots pointing out the specific area so I can check it myself and help you our accordingly.
If you are talking about the custom fields for menu items which shown inside the Appearance >> Menus, then first you have to create and save the menu item then those fields will be shown.

Thanks for your help. I have already created some dropdown HTML blocks and added them to my header menu. Unfortunately it no longer works.

I visit your site menu items and custom fields are actually not shown inside the menu items. Could you please deactivate all the third party plugins and then check back after clearing your site and browser cache. This will surely fix the issue.
