I have attached a screen shot of mobile version. Everything looks good on desktop.

1. How can I hide add to cart button on mobile and show up on touch/hover just like on desktop?

2. How can I remove the white space or make carousal full width and show 3-4 products on page?

Hello,

There is no way to show the cart on hover as mobile devices do not have hover. Any design would show the shopping cart.

Hello,

Enter the column settings and set 12 columns width for mobile https://prnt.sc/qtf3go
You can find more instruction here: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/control-elements-different-devices-responsive-column-controls/

There is no option to make 3 or 4 items per row on the carousel.
