    I have installed base content and associated plugins but the header builder is just an empty grey box.

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and contacting our support.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the Header Builder, then activate plugins one by one checking the issue to detect which one conflicts and causes the problem.
