Product carousel not working properly

    We have multiple variation in the product carousel. Currently we are facing 2 issues:
    1. How we order/rearrange the products, We want to show the product custom order. could you tell us how we will do it?
    2. in side the product carousel when we click on colors variation to see the product image, suddenly to scrolled/slide to the end of the slider.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website.

    1) To change the order of products in products carousel You need to Edit the page with WPBakery Page Builder >> Data Source.

    You can choose any option as per your requirement.

    2) The Variation images on the carousel are working absolutely fine on my end.

    It seems that you are using CDN (Cloudflare). Please deactivate it, deactivate cache plugin if using, delete browser cache and check back.

    Hello,

    1) You can use the given options to change the order you need to Edit Page >> Products Carousel >> Data settings.

    2) As I mentioned in my previous reply the product variations are working absolutely fine on my end. It seems that you are using cloudflare CDN. Please disable the server caching, deactivate cache plugin, clear browser cache and check back.

    1. for order the products in the carousel, could you tell me which option is should select from the dropdown and what parameters i should apply? if you need admin login i can give it to you.
    2. we dont have any cache plugins using right now, but i will clearing my browser cache etc.

    I saw the screenshot you attached. I have visited your website and the carousel is showing all the products you have on your website.

    Please clear the cache and check back.

    You have a total of 35 products on your website and it is displaying all of those in the carousel.

    To set the order you need to edit the Product Grid/Carousel Module >> Data Setting.

    You can set the order and sorting of the products as well.

    My friend i’m so worried about your support 🙁
    I told you i need to order the products like the screenshot, in the screenshot option i already tried that not full fill my requirements.
    so please tell me what options i should select to match my order, like:
    1. Adjustable Belly
    2. Liberty Buckle
    3. Liberty Strap
    4. Mesh Buckle
    5. Mesh Strap
    6. Mesh Adjustable etc..
    i there anyway to display that order?

    Hello,

    The order you want is not possible from Theme options because WooCommerce doesn’t allow you to change the sorting to custom.

    So I installed a third party plugin that sorts the products in the order we want and I arranged the products according to the list you sent me.

    You just need to rearrange all the other products with simple drag and drop according to your requirements from Dashboard >> Products.
