Option “Categories in page title” will show the categories menu generated automatically based on all categories in the shop. It is not possible to manage this menu as other WordPress menus.

You can hide the categories in the Theme Settings > Shop > Sidebar and titles > disable “Categories in page title”

Woocommerce does not allow to limit the categories.

Our site is customized as it should hold a lot of demos. The browse category menu is the menu created manually. I can insert any number of categories and choose which ones to display,

1. You cannot edit the categories in the Shop page title.

2. You can edit the menu in Browse Categories, check which menu is used and edit it in Appearance > Menu.

3. You need to upload images of the same size and proportion. You can try to configure images as described here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/image-size-content-alignment-product-grid/

The best way is to make the mirror URL it means when you enter domain with wwww and without it leads to one and the same site. You would better consult an SEO expert and ask your host support to configure the same.
