The WoodMart slider does not have links. It is a WP Bakery template. You can add a Promo banner and assign the link in this way.

As for the text on Slider Revolution, please check how it works on a default theme to find out if it is caused by our theme or layer configuration. Make sure you have set up the responsive visibility of the layer.
