    Dear,

    I hope all is well.
    First, thank you for the great easy to use theme!

    Just one hassle I am having is after deleting the main menu and creating a navigation for myself, I am unable to re-create the style of the initial theme with sub navigations.
    Kindly see screenshots attached. Would you be able to guide me in the right direction please?

    Thanks,
    Dries

    Hello,

    First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

    I saw the screenshots you attached. To populate the main navigation drop-downs you need to Create an HTML Block from Dashboard >> HTML Blocks.

    Then you need to add the shortcode of the HTML Block to the menu item from Appearance >> Menus >> Main Menu >> Edit Item >> HTML Block as Dropdown

    Thank you for the clarification, very clear!

    However now I have an alignment issue with the navigation & shop title.
    Kindly see screenshot below. Would you be able to assist with how I can solve this?

    It is very weird that for example ‘home & kitchen’ goes on 1 line & ‘bath & body’ does an <br />.

    Secondly, suddenly the icons in my navigation disappeared, any idea why?

    Thank you!

    Hello,

    I have fixed the issue on your website and now its working absolutely fine on my end. Please disable server caching, deactivate cache plugin, clear browser cache and check back.

    I have regenerated the CSS file and added the following Custom CSS code in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

    .category-nav-link .category-summary {
    	width: 150px;
    }

    Best Regards.

    Again, thank you for the quick fix!
    One final thing, my /shop page is set on private, however I can see it is still visible to the public, any reason why?
    I also tried password protect but same issue.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

    You are Most Welcome!!!.

    The private page template is WordPress functionality and our theme doesn’t influence it.
    Unfortunately, we cannot help you with this because it is out of our scope.

    You can visit the following link for further help.

    Hi, I hope all is well.

    I have transferred my website to a different domain name and was testing it and suddenly there is something weird when I click on the checkout, the whole website resizes. Please see screenshot below.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :)

    I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website. It seems that you have no products on the website. Please make sure that you have at least one product on the website to let me access the checkout page to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards.
