Theme error 404

    Hi there,

    I found an error code on my site (GET https://www.mrprint.com.hk/wp-content/themes/woodmart/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.woff2?v=4.7.0 net::ERR_ABORTED 404_
    I updated to Woodmart 4.5.2

    Can you please help to fix it. Thanks a lot!

    Hello,

    First: Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Media and enable “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders”

    Then: Please regenerate the file in the CSS generator http://prntscr.com/mc1lff

    Enable the option for media structure in Settings and then regenerate the CSS file.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme, clear browser cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Your issue has been solved please check your site now after removing the browser cache: https://ibb.co/3kRLxzv

    First I removed the cache from your site wp-content folder, It was 57MB of cache folder.

    Then I deactivated the third party plugin WP Zoho CRM, It was generating 3 erros: net::ERR_ABORTED 404

    Then remaining errors was: (GET https://www.mrprint.com.hk/wp-content/themes/woodmart/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.woff2?v=4.7.0 net::ERR_ABORTED 404_
    I updated to Woodmart 4.5.2

    I went to Theme Setting >> Performance and turn OFF the minification of the CSS and JS and save changes and then checked the site after removing the browser cache, all the issues are resolved, and that minification creates issue because you are using many of the third party plugins and it conflict with any one of them that is the reason it was creating an issue on your site.
