Woocommerce tabs disappear

    I have an issue that I need to resolve.

    Please find attached images that will show you what the problem is.
    As you can see in the attached images, I am currently editing a product within the WP Page bakery. If I change the view to any other device such as mobile or tablet, while editing the product in the front end mode, the Woocommerce tabs disappear and the content within the tabs. The same occurs in a normal desktop browser when you decrease the browser size on Google Chrome etc.

    I have also checked the console to see if any errors occur while on that page and within the editor but there isn’t any!

    Just to be clear the tabs show in desktop view.

    I have left admin access details and the link to the product. Hopefully, you are able to find a fix.

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not? We suggest you to edit your product with backend editor if you face such problem with WooCommerce.

    It works fine with the default WordPress theme storefront or TwentyTwenty, but I can assure you that this is a Woodmart theme issue because it does the same in the Woodmart demo on a product page.

    This means that you can not edit a product in the front end editor and only use the backend. Please find a solution ASAP.

    Also if you decrease you’re browser size without editing your website you can see the woo tabs disappear on any browser.

    First of all I would like to thank you for testing.
    However, the problem occurs when you switch to mobile, tablet or any other view within WP Page bakery excluding desktop view on the frontend editor. The same thing happens when you decrease the window size on any browser such as Google Chrome & Safari.

    Now we see the problem. In our theme, we change default WooCommerce tabs to according on mobile and tablet devices. And this script runs only when you load the page so after browser resize, tabs are hidden but accordion is not yet shown because the script is not run. Sorry, but this mechanism can’t be changed and it will not have any problems with your real customers when they visit your website from desktop, tablet or mobile.
