PLUGIN INSTALLING ERROR

    Hi,
    i bought the theme but when I install the plugin this error appears,

    “Something went wrong with the plugin API.”

    what to do?

    Thank you so much for using our theme and contacting our support center.

    This error indicates that you have some issue with your WordPress installation and plugins can’t be installed on your web-site at all. We just tried to install some plugins via Plugins -> Add new and get the same error.
