Categories menu under Shop page title

    Hi,

    I want to display all categories under shop page with published categories
    But not displayed all.
    Where can I find in the theme setting?..

    First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

    I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website. Could you please elaborate with some relevant screenshots what is your actual requirement because at the moment categories are displayed fin under the shop page tile.

    thank you for replying,
    I have 9 categories https://cuttingedgetools.com.au/shop/ (see the widget on the left)
    but only displaying 8 categories… try to find a setting for this but can’t find it.
    please advise me.

    Hello,

    I have visited your website.

    Please deactivate all the third party plugin, activate parent theme, disable server caching, clear browser cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then please provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hi, thanks for your advice,
    I did deactivate all plugins and delete the web browser disable server caching, clear browser cache and check back.
    But I found the problem is the default category can’t be deleted one.
    This category only not displayed under Shop page anyway.

    I need to create the same category name with different slug so can display it on the shop page. which means I have 2 same catories name see attached screenshot 2 of Blade.
    I hope I can resolve this issue.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached. It seems that you have renamed the uncatergorized category in Products >> Categories.

    It is the default category of WooCommerce and it stores the products which haven’t been added to any other category and you could not delete it.

    Uncategorized category is not set to be displayed under the shop page title on the shop page that is why its behaving like this. This is not an issue by any means.

    You just need to rename it back to uncatergorized and you can create as many new categories as you want.
